HemiLonestar sent me this pic on how the car hoses go under the intake. Thinking about it, it would definitely tidy up the engine bay using the hoses under the intake, I may as well just go that route. I know of a chrysler 300 with a hemi sitting in the pick-n-pull waiting for me....

Yes,that is what I did. I wanted a very clean and tidy engine compartment. So I picked an 05 magnum cover that ran the heater hoses under the intake. I will be working even move to find ways to keep the engine from looking so cluttered. That is also why I used the car cover so the alternator and AC compressor would be out of sight!!!

Hey another bothersome question, what power steering reservoir did you go with? I saw you mounted it up bu the fuse box but didn't see anything talked about it

Everything is 05 magnum. even the reservoir. But I had to mad a bracket to hold the tank. I used the truck pressure hose and a cut to length return hose. I will be reinstalling the A/C soon I will post the process of that too!

Looks beautiful.. two things really standout above being surgically clean. The deflector plate under the ocp manifold and the BBK 90mm throttle body. Both very inovated and using the 90mm on a relatively stock engine totally debunks all the criticism of using a big throttle body on the hemi. Well done!

I thought about a couple of things. First the alt will only clear the control arm mount with a little adjustment to the mount. Also the fan wont work any more. I have a cheap electric fan for the moment. the best mod here is to ditch the factory radiator and go with one that has the inlet and outlets on the right hand side. then buy a good fan that covers the whole radiator core area. I also dropped from a 210 degree t stat to a 180.

Most custom built radiators have an option of a custom built cowl and a selection of fan(s) and sizes.

I just finished my efan swap. I used a new Dorman replacement Ford Taurus 3.8 mark VI fan from summit, with the controller it was $170. So far no issues at all
