Is this the one your going to bring to the show?

No, still have several little things that have to be done first. Keith and I are in the tuning process. Have to admit, I've been a little nervous and par-anode at the same time. But, Keith is guiding me through it. Thanks again Keith.:bow::bow:

Take a deep breath and relax. 80% of your old tuning problems just vanished into thin air...don't get too worked up if you hit a bump, I'm positive you'll get everything worked through

Will have to move the passenger side O2 sensor over more to the drivers side header cross over pipe. It looks like it's reading both banks. If it works, cool. If not, will have to build the new turbo hot side a little sooner than what I wanted too...

Ok, just ordered from Jegs. 25" O2 extension harness, bung, and another a/f ratio gauge. Will prep the crossover pipe for relocating the bung. Also check for any hot side exhaust leaks.

Keith, does the passenger side O2 sensor give any indications that it might be going bad?

The O2 sensor bung for the passenger side has been welded on the drivers side cross over exhaust pipe. Did find two small cracks on the drivers side header. Easy weld fix. Just have to wrap up the header and cross over pipe, then install it. Should be able to get it all together tomorrow and then send Keith a data log to verify it's working correctly. :prayersent:

Everything is back together. Seems to be running better. Even the a/f ratio is looking better. (Didn't change the a/f ratio gauge yet). No rpm hunting when the a/c is turned on. Hope this works. Sent a data log to Keith. We'll see...

A little update. There's a problem with possibly an O2 sensor. The sensors look old so, I'm replacing them. Was going to replace them anyhow. Then redo the data logs for some trouble shooting from there. Hope it's just an O2 sensor. There was an exhaust leak before. I really appreciate Keith's help.:bow::bow:
