PS. Sent Clint this info on the two problems that the Hemi Truck Club found for him.

First problem: Missing run through wire on the copilot wiring harness.
Second problem: Incorrect diagram for the pin location.

Where there's two mistakes, there's more......

Ugh can't win, got it hooked up to the actual wire (pin 1, brown with orange trace) and took it for a test drive. It won't let me select past setting 2. When I'm driving the lights are going on and off all over the place and light 4 blinks randomly. There is no trouble code for light 4 in the installation instruction's troubleshooting guide... Going to call tech support, is it a waste of time to talk to anyone besides Clint, how do I get a hold of him?

When you get the operator just ask for Clint they will send you to his phone.

How can they figure out even basic problems if they are not using the correct schematic? I wish you guys luck...

I just spoke with Clint,
And he is going to go over the schematics for all the different years and fix this issue...

Does ATS have a shop truck or something they do any testing at all? Or are you guys the only testing going on?

Spoke with one of the tech reps (secretary said Clint was unavailable- hopefully working on our problem). He was knowledgeable and in the loop on what's going on. He said my issue sounds like it's the board in the controller. New one is being mailed out ASAP. I asked him about unplugging the pressure box in the wheel well and he said it isn't necessary because the jumper will bypass it (I am going to do it anyways just to be safe).

Clint , told me that line booster needed to be unplugged because you would be in full line pressure even with the bypass plug in...

This is sorry to say a total **** show. How do you sell something that’s IMO not tested and never been installed to a truck yet. That’s three of you now trying this and it’s all wrong (diagrams, wires missing, trans not working, valvebody issues, copilot issues) WTF! This is by no means an option for anyone as of yet it pains me to read this disaster of a thread this purple crap box sounds like Clint making money and your getting stranded.

I am still watching but it hurts I have said what I would have done enough I wish you all luck woth this whole the rest of us drive around waiting.

If anyone needs any wiring diagrams I have them all 1982-2019 if need be any make any model just let me know!

Everybody needs to stop with the speculation...... This is just another bump in the road. Clint will fix this problem...Rome was not built in a day.....

Get it fixed is not the issue it should have been fixed and tested prior to sale IMO. Basically they sold faulty equipment out the gate. When you sell something you sell it working and tested not send someone something that needs wires and other crap not known to the purchaser. Now I think if I read this correctly a member in Canada bought the same deal and it’s dead in the water last I checked getting stuff there is not cheap so now they are out even more time and money hope it wasn’t a needed truck to drive.

Keith I get where you're coming from but I knew I was gunna be a semi beta tester on this. In my case the control box circuit board is pooched somehow, could just be one little glob of solder in the wrong spot or a resister that gave up the ghost when I plugged it in.
I must say ATS has been very good to deal with so far, from sales to getting the core return organized to tech support they have all been friendly and helpful. They even cut me some slack in the warranty registration and core return window because I was away for work until recently. They are sending me a new controller ASAP with an RMA sticker to send the old one back.
This did cost me a lotta Canadian pesos to get this far though, maybe you can cut me a deal on tuning when I get my Procharger 😉.

You must also take note that this package is not exactly being sold to the market only HTC club members know of this because of me and Stu......

Mark, please post up the wire color code chart info Clint sent you.

Lyon12 & Mark, you should be able to completely identify #1 pin on the throttle body plug now by finding the pin number on the plug.

Thanks Clint for double checking the info and sending it to Mark.:thumb:

One problem at a time. Questions will get answered. As long as we keep moving forward.

.

Here are some 03 plug pictures
