Kinda bummed out about putting the 03 back to stock. Been modding the 03 since 2009. So, uncovered the 392 to get me motivated again.

Oh crap! Have to unwrap the engine first...

New head & main studs, intake & exhaust rocker arm assemblies, HD Gen3 lifters, and 80lb injectors are on order and should be here by next week some time. :thumb:

Will be installing the 392 in the 05 the following week. Just want to get the 392 running (n/a) and cruising on the street first. The rest of the mods will happen after that. :thumb:

PS. Will not be taking anything off the 03... She will stay as is for the time being.

I had this real cool smart a$$ comment about how someone stole the tops of your pistons....dam computer froze lost the whole response.....
any way , this summer I want to get a Ritter intake, I have Arrow's single plane and I just bought an XV off of Ebay (attached photo ). I want to real world compare them , there's been a few engine dyno comparisons.

If you can try testing Joe's OCP dual plane manifold. I think you will be impressed.

At this point, I'm positive it does have a thin wall condition. Not going to spend anymore money on this engine. It's been one problem after another, after another, after another with is engine. I've spent way too much money on this engine already.

I've had enough!!!! This build is over........

How did you determine you have a thin wall?
