Here's something no one will believe, my Circle Racing center caps are suppose to have been shipped. It's been close to a year. The first rims were for 1/2" studs not 9/16. Took forever to get authorization to send them back. Then finally recieved the rims with the correct lug pattern. But no center caps. One delay after another. All I'll say is the product is excellent and the service unacceptable. I do not recommend dealing with them.

Thank you, the wheels won't fit any longer after I narrow the axle. So red will have a bit of a new look later this year....

Well, the center caps somehow didn't get shipped last week... the tracking number never became active. Today after a conversation with them I have received a new tracking number. I really would like to get them. One for the wheels and second, not having to make my weekly phone call to them. As I have said before, we will see.....

I'm sorry to say I haven't done anything for three weeks and I'm close to having the cog plates done. I got hit with the flu like sympotoms and broke some pipes from a freeze and went out in the wet and cold to repair the pipes. Took two days with replacing insulation and alall. That put me down hard with today being the first day feeling better. Planning on working on it a little tomorrow and Monday finishing at the machine shop. Looks like there's a week of warm weather ahead. I feel bad not getting anything done. Next after getting the cog up and running I need to build guards for the belt. Thats a serious belt spinning a lot of weight. Then install the coil overs and get the alignment sorted. Won't be long until I'm caught up with my list....

I hear you on that. I was sick for two weeks over Christmas, sure made it hard to get stuff done

I have 2 guys out with the Flu, and my "2 winter" help guys are going back to school, been working 10-12 hours days , garage is unheated and I really want to get some work done, sux, when you have the time, you don't have the money, you have the money , parts don't arrive on time. when you find the time Mother nature freezes you out. Good news , My Eagles are either going to win and I loose one more Sunday workday or they lose and I get my Sundays back. either way Warm temps are around the corner.

Absolutely beautiful day, warm and clear. Its easy to ignore the snow melting. I'm still not 100% but had to go out to unbolt the sc plate to take to the machine shop tomorrow. Going to make three threaded bosses and weld them to the back plate. This will solve the clearance issue I had with putting nuts on the back plate. With this done I'm on to fabricating the idler pulleys. The easiest would a fixed idler. But I think one that included a tensioner would work better.

although we are never as cold as you but we had an absolutely beautiful day today actually opened up some doors and windows.feels good to have some warmth from the Sun.:thumb:

I hate being closed up and had doors open for most of the afternoon. It was a welcomed break...

Made the bosses and assembled the mounting plates to correctly locate them. I'll spot weld them in the morning and then disassemble the plates to finish welding. Should be painted tomorrow.

Progress is a wonderful thing, Got home last night and actually did something in the garage myself....COME OH SPRING BABY,COME ON

Put my bracket together and want to space the crank pulley out 1/2'. Did a little research and find out I'm not suppose to mount the pulley the way I did to the front of the ati super damper. This sux.. got a couple calls in to folks who should know and find out what I need to do.
