Dang! :holysheep: Are they like the old chevy C10 truck arms?
Yeah, that is where the idea came from, some debate as to who did it 1st junior Johnson or Banjo Mathews. as early as 67 it showed up on Junior Johnson Fords, he thought it would be an advantage over Petty leaf spring stockers. Banjo liked the adjustability of it and built a few none wing Chargers circa 67/68 ...
What the truck arm did accomplish was the ease of race day adjustment

Wait till after Greg gets Red back on her wheels I think you'll like the results.

Yes, on a oval track. How did they do on the drag strip?
I asked that question and was told the jack screws make it completely adjustable for loading the wheels and driving the truck forward of the the truck balance point makes it stable at high speeds. Should handle and ride nicely.

Unbolted the rear springs/Caltracs leaving only brackets. It was a little sad as I had a lot of time experimenting with what works and what didn't. The aluminum lowering plates was key to making the springs stable but not stiff. And of course the Caltracs work as advertised. The timbren springs will remain inplace. IMO, everyone should be using them. Cut most of the rear brackets out of the way but got too hot to continue. I'll get back to it later...
