That cooler has been on the truck for several years I don't have the P/N any longer. The number has been posted many time on the various forums, sorry...

Emery cloth the shaft twist motion only and cover with light coat of grease until ready to use keep the rust away

I've been thinkin about an U/D pulley. It's about the last performance upgrade I can do without opening the motor. But I've read mixed reviews on them. Mainly charging issues at idle. And traffic can be horrendous here.
