Added a flex joint to the turbo down pipe.

Welding in a 4" exhaust pipe adapter to the turbo down pipe.

Added a 4" exhaust and a Banks straight through muffler with a 4" tail pipe.

IT'S ALIVE!!!!! And running good. Just test driving for now. The turbo boosts up quicker. And the thing that I like the most. The turbo loads up and pulls quicker too.

It does boost up to 7psi with a 5.8 W/G spring, But, it feels like it's 8psi.

Still allot of work needs to be done. Install front mount after cooler. Fix exhaust leaks. Clean up welds. Ect, ect......

Did a 0 to 100mph test run. Even with the W/G seat out, it boosted up to 9psi and was still pulling strong. Did adjust the water/meth to drown the engine at 7psi boost. That's when it starts to pull even stronger.

Note: will need to add a little weight to the back of the truck. It gets a little squirrely in 1st and 2nd gears.

Last nights test run at the track. Full street trim, with OEM 20" wheels and tires. Waste gate seat still out. Boosted to 7psi and then crept up to 9psi in third gear. Need to put the .96 A/R exhaust housing on and a bigger waste gate.

The car in the other lane was a modded WRX pushing 20psi boost. There was 5 or 6 guys standing around his car looking at the engine. Jumped him off the line and got the win. Later on he stopped by and said, you've gotta fast truck. Good job on the front mount turbo. Glade you took out the waste gate seat or you would have made me look bad.

Here's an interesting comparison.

Same set up on the truck, but with a rear mount STS turbo kit and how it ran last year at the track compared to this weekend.

T76 turbo, .81 A/R exhaust housing, 38mm waste gate(seat taken out), 5.8 waste gate spring(6psi boost), KRC210 cam, 55lb injectors, SRT2bar map, KRC mild 5psi boost street tune, 9:1 forged pistons, No After cooler, water/meth, 4.56 gears, Full Street Trim.
