Shortened the turbo down pipe and adding a slip joint header flange. Wasn't happy with the first down pipe set-up. Had to take off all of the exhaust system just to get the down pipe out from underneath the truck.

Also added the O2 sensor bung to the turbo down pipe.

With an after cooler installed, .96 A/R turbine housing and steady 8psi boost street set up. W/G seats in, 8.3psi boost spring on lower W/G, 8.7 spring on upper W/G. A/F ratio: 11.8 to 12.0 Water/meth on high with 375ml/min nozzle.

Hit speed governor twice very quickly at the end of the track.

Note: Didn't have a helmet. Was able to run only once.

Have a helmet now and a little more boost.

Good job! If you don't want to hit the speed limiter you can turn and hold the key in the start position. I did this for several years before buying a used Superchips 3815.

What????

How long do I have to hold the key to the starting position FrostKing????? Is that all I have to do????? Does this have to be done every time the truck is ready to run down the track????

You do it any time (during) you want to exceed the speed limiter. It will kill your cluster, but the trucks have factory anti-grind, so it will not engage the starter.

I may have had a little work done there...

The cooler is a custom order from Spearco (12"x24"x7"), and fits like a glove between the frame rails (just had to move my W/M). Denny TIG'd on the L brackets and with 4 bolts it drops out, awesome install. The headers are also a custom SharaDon SS setup Denny made from scratch.
