It's possible that your own security settings are set quite high and purging this info when you log out. We use cookies to keep you logged in and so If you are cleaning them out after each session the, yes.

You can probably set your browser or security program to retain these for this site only (make an exception).

I think the problem is on your end. Below is what I get every time I log out.

Well, it will not let me upload picture. This is what I get.

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

How large is your image (file size)? It's likely that if it's large file you are getting this message. With high res digital cameras and even high res smart phones there's a fair change it's huge ;)

Can you reduce the file size?

Janet,
I belong to numerous sites and yours is the only one that "does not Remember me" after I put a check mark in the box. I don't think my securtiy setting are that hight as this site is the only one that I am now having trouble with.

I'm sorry you're having trouble. Can you try deleting your temp browsing history (cache) and any cookies you have for this site and let's start over. You may have a corrupted cookie or similar.

If this doesn't solve the issue, then I'm going to need more info. What browser and version, what security scheme you have running, etc.

Janet, I was unable to insert my signature photo from my album. I believe I have sized properly but still says it is invalid.
Thanks,

The resolution of the picture sent, (600x800), and the resolution of picture posted, are drastically different?

When I click on the thumbnail for your image I see a 599 x 799 picture - looks right to me?

Regarding the login issue... If you are seeing that "all cookies cleared" message I suspect you are logging out (by clicking the log out link). That link clears your cookies so you will have to login again. TO void this, log in and click the remember me button, then when you are ready to leave the site just close the browser window. The server will disconnect you but your computer will retain the cookies that keep you logged in. Next time you come back to the site you should not have to log in again.

Thanks,

Currently the ability to add extra images to sigs is disabled. We're still working on adjusting sigs and some other graphics issues and this is why you are having trouble... :flowers:

Guess there's not going to be any State Chapter President, Vice President, and Secretary?

The pressure's off..........:D:dance: Can start some hate and discontent now.....:fighting0092::brows:
Good idea, Stu. Since these jobs don't come with a six figure income all we have to live for is the title. :iamqueen: and president of the Texas chapter.
