I hope you don't hit a pothole while making a turn, crunch the front fender.
Indeed so sir. I find myself avoiding any kind of bump in the road now. Haha. I see FF/EMT in your sig. How long have you served the community? I was FF/FR in a rural town outside Nashville for almost 10 years. Thanks for your service :thumb:

During my military career (36+ years), I served as a military police officer (USN), as well as an aircraft maintainer, ending as a manager of a fleet of aircraft engines (USN/USAF). I also served my community as a rural volunteer fire fighter/rescue, for 16 years, during this same time.

Man, a sailor wearing an MP armlet... that ain't right......

At the time, early 1970's, I never wore an MP armlet. My uniform for the day, on & off base, was the same camo fatigues as the Marine Corp, with a gun belt, pistol, night stick, handcuffs, and a whistle. We were the only active duty sailors authorized to wear this uniform. I don't think the Marines on base were happy about it, but they did render proper respect.

Actually early seventies I wore Navy CB utilities working for the Provost Marshal as a Arms Forces Police (AFP) at Subic. Where were you stationed?
