I think the model years are 03 thru 08. I got mine off of ebay saying it was a 2005. Try to get one with hoses. Even if the hoses don't fit you will have the end fitting that can be reused.

That's what you want a complete unit.

normal hand tools can remove it right? no special hose releases?

Just hand tools. That bottom hose is low pressure return to the reservoir. You will need a tee to connect the hydroboost overflow hose.

I think I'm gonna kick myself.... I think I realized what the problem is. Remember I said earlier that my belt seemed to move slower? I realized tonight that I could move the whole belt assy, with the motor not running....in a nutshell..I think the crank pulley has worked its way out and loose enough to spin by hand...that would explain the alt not charging and power steering not working...DUH!!!!!!

dang...after I order new pump and vregulator...

that is not good. tightening the bolt is not going to be the only issue here. the balancer is a press fit. ssdly you are going to need to remove that balancer and see if it or the crank took the damage. one of them is messed up for sure. a new balancer may be all thats needed if your lucky otherwise you may need to turn the crank snout ans
d repair sleeve it. dont rely on the bolt to hold that thing in place

Is the bolt head there or did it break off or fall out completely?

i'm not sure yet...as soon as I saw it moving I gave up for the evening...this is a weekend project...might be time to replace the crank pulley anyways...it feels like I've had that forever...

Often aftermarket dampers are honed to make installation easier. This can be overdone of course. I have only heard of supercharge engines having this issue. Lets hope it t's the damper that is damaged.

An after thought, the stroker crank often has keyway(s) as does aftermarket dampers.

I have a stock 5.7 dampner somewhere if you can use it I'll try to dig it up...
