The upstreams control the trims for that bank so if there on the wrong sides they will correct for the wrong side and make tuning it a disaster if there is a problem with an injector or something you will be diag wrong side

FWIW, both of them (rear o2s) are hanging out in the breeze on both my 02 Dak R/T and my 05 Ram. No codes/lights on either of them.

Yeah I have both tied up out of the way now. Not too worried about them, just need to get this one upstream sensor dealt with

Speaking of fun, next week there's a car show sponsored by summit racing near me with an open fun run on the 1/4 strip. I'm gonna try to make it out there and attempt to make my very first pass just for the fun of it. Then I can turn in my 15 second slip with pride haha

OK finally got it nailed down. Apparently the problem was the sensor banks were backwards. I pulled the pcm plugs out and just switched pin locations for every sensor wire. The truck runs way better now. My only issue that's alittle weird is occasionally I'll have a rough idle when the truck is in drive. If I shift it to neutral it goes away. It doesn't happen all the time but it's still puzzling. But overall super happy to finally get this running right. Thanks for all your help guys, I'm excited to start moving on to new performance projects. If anyone has a spare comp 260 cam laying around...

Maybe a pcm reset will put it on track.

I had the battery disconnected while working on it, so it was fresh when I started. My guess is the sensor may have a buildup that needs to burn off since it hasn't been running, or the computer is just catching up. Again, not a big deal at the moment

Good to hear, glad it's fixed. Nicely done...

I'll have a comp 268 coming out in august or September

I think your better off with the 260 cam, Hughes SER0812MHLN-114 is also a good choice little more lift but same duration.

I'll be interested in your 268 Come Aug

I'll post once it is out

Last update (hopefully). After switching the pins to switch the sensor banks, the truck ran ok for a few days but then went back to rough idle and stalling. Checked over my wires again and found a bad connection at my heater grounds and also the new sensor I bought wasn't working right so I bout another ntk sensor. After all that,my truck is FINALLY running smooth. I got some logs emailed to Keith last night and now I'm waiting on my custom tune. My next problem is trying to find out why my cruise control is gone. Last time I adjusted my diablo tune the abs and brake light popped up and hasn't left. Never had that before. My cruise would work sporadically before that, but now it's completely gone

I would guess your cruise control isn't working because the abs is on. Diablo gives me a abs light everytime I load a tune. I immediately back up a car lenght or three to clear it. Good luck..
