I bought mine from Flagship1 for 210 CDN.

I wish I could have had as much luck with the Diablo Trinity as I have had with the PCM. After the swap was complete I took out the Trinity to update it before going to the truck with it. It would not update, said it could not find the info.xml file which it did have. I called Diablo and they managed to get it to download a calibration for my PCM but it still wouldn't update. I had a second call to them which took over two hours with four trips out to the truck to get it updated and to get the truck to take a tune. While doing this I tried loading a trans tune which supposedly failed, except it did pull an original backup file which it then kept trying to reload into the PCM.... which kept failing. Another call to Diablo got this fixed and an initial tune from Keith was loaded.
Now I am trying to get Keith some logs and this damn Trinity will NOT log the pids I tell it to log! I even took a video with my phone last night showing the pids I selected and then when I view it with the dataviewer it removes all the knock pids, all the fuel trim pids except 2/1 LT, and adds on its own pids like battery voltage.
I have tried this process three times with all the same results. It isn't the PCM causing it as I have done some logging with a DRB with no issues. I am going to have to take some more time to call Diablo and find out if I can put this thing back in the box to exchange it... or if I am just going to be starting at square one again with a new unit.

Man, that sucks, no way should it be that tough. I've been getting update alerts for over a year. No way......

That is what I have been saying since the day I opened the box. I have the most ****** up Trinity tuner out there. Keep in mind I have NO other codes from any of the other modules. I have scanned everything with the DRB and only had an ABS module light up with a VIN mismatch, which never came back after being cleared. As of right now it is sitting with only the downstream O2 sensor code, certainly nothing that would cause a datalogging issue.

I'm using the old DSP, anyone else having trouble dataloging using the Trinity?

I had to get a computer for my moms grand Cherokee a couple weeks back. I had looked at Chrysler pcms they offered an they didn't even offer a remand Hemi pcm on there. They had 3.7 4.7 5.9s but no hemis
When I was looking for the 05 manual pcm. Cardone said if I sent them my broke pcm they could fix it but they didn't have a core on hand to do an exchange. Problem was, I didn't have a core to send them to be rebuilt. You probably could have sent in your old pcm to be repaired.

I called Diablo again this morning and sent them my last log. He emailed me and told me they are sending it off to engineering as he isn't seeing all the pids I selected either. The guys on their tech support have been good and have actually figured out all the issues so far so I'm sure, with a little patience, it will work out.

I'm hoping they get it worked out for you... come to think of it on the very odd occasion I have had pid's Ivery previously picked not show up. But when I datalogger the next round they would be there. I always dismissed as I didn't do something right.

They emailed me back telling me to restore the pids to default and then add the ones I need. I will have to try again after work.

At least they are communicating.

One thing I forgot was that after installing a second tune last night the ABS VIN mismatch came back. It turns the light on when doing the key cycling from off to on while installing a tune. I have no idea why and it never comes on otherwise so I will just assume that my Diablo hates me. I had done tuning like this with my old 7137 Predator and never had any issues.
Oh well, we are supposed to see some above freezing temperatures next week so I have till then to hopefully get this problem resolved.

I bv don't know if this will help, my abs icon comes on everytime I load a tune and stays on until I back up about 20-30 feet. It has always done it with both the 03 pcm'swap and the current 05.

I will have to try that. I had a DRB and just cleared the code before moving it but last night I didn't have it with me. If it's not snowing tonight I will try backing it out of the shop and driving it to see if it clears itself.

I have been doing it that way since I started using the DSP, so far it has always cleared by just backing up a car length or two.

I tried last night. I fought to get the laptop to connect to the tool, which I did manage to get but only after it was late and I didn't want to fire it up that late. I have a 3 and 4 year old boys so my time to play is pretty limited to later at night during my work week. I just managed to get a lot done this weekend because of Thanksgiving.
Tonight my plan is to try the Diablo pids reset to default and if that doesn't work I will hook up the laptop.

well I got the pinouts and been thinking on how im gonna do this and think I figured it out. from looking at the pinouts it seems simple as hell.

here's the C1 pcm pinouts where it will need a 5 volt supply(TCM pin 38), Rear o2 signal(wont use), and SCI Transmit(TCM) which is tcm pin 7.

Heres C2 pcm pinouts needs:
EGR SOL CONTROL(not using egr)
Bank 2 front o2 Heater control
EGR SIGNAL(if using it)
Bank 2 front o2 signal

Here C3 pcm pinouts needs:
Rear o2 Heater control
also may need NVLD SOL CONTROL don't know how to go about it

Heres C4 Pcm pinouts where you will get everything from the tcm but don't know what to do with these from 03 C4 plug sense 05's don't have them:
TPS NO. 1 OUTPUT
APPS NO.1 OUTPUT
TORQUE MANAGEMENT REQUEST SENSE(cut anyways)
SENSOR GROUND
(5.7 EATX)RPM SIGNAL
