Yes, I will be using my same inline intercooler, but it's not from STS. This one is rated to 1500hp, I think the STS one was rated to 500 but still built by PWR. As for heat absorption, the outside jacket is the glycol being cooled at the front of the truck. Even with the pump off the inlet temps are very steady. 1 gallon in the intercooler and 1 in the radiator.

Old vice grips with a fender washer and exhaust clamp welded on the ends.

In all it's glory. Commerical bead roller is hundreds of $, my cost was $4 for the 3" muffler clamp and a previously cracked pair of vice grips. For sale for the right price. :brows:

Aftercooler mod is done. The elbow will help keep the aftercooler off the intake manifold and wires.

You have a tig welder stu or you have ssomeone weld it for you

First initial fit up. Turned the waste gate down a little so it will clear the hood braces. Have to make a new radiator tank bracket to move the tank over to clear the waste gate.
