Do have to admit. Realized that I just cut up a custom modded STS turbo system that made the truck run 13.5@103 with only 8psi boost in full street trim and OEM wheels and tires. And the STS system would have ran better by just replacing the bad exhaust flex joint........

I've been wanting to build a front mount turbo forever. And loving every minute of it too.

Valve cover. Will be using the STS oil to make sure the oil is pumped out.

Going to leave the 2 1/2" flex pipe. It does help stop some of the header cracks.

Had to mod the down pipe again. it was too close to the A/C hose.

Here's the W/G location on the cross over pipe. It will have an outlet pipe going into a 4" pipe.

Will install the VWG after Funday Sunday.

My advice go with a gravity drain back less stuff to wire and route just run a line down to the side of the pan then no worries of pump going out or wire issues

My supercharger is mounted in the same spot just a little lower down and it uses pressurized oil with a restritor just like the turbos do and I have it draining into the pan with zero issues

X2 on the gravity drain. Never have to worry about the pump going out. I Just wish mine would STOP leaking.. lol

BTW, I really like the placement of your turbo. I wish the guy that built mine would have listened to me and put it there..

Best way it to have an. AN line fitting welded to the pan that's what it did then use. 1/2 line or bigger for drain and zero problems I will post a pick of line on my pan if you need a mounting location that doesn't interfear with the crank or main caps

Does yours leak Keith? I took some RTV and coated the male fitting and tightened the female over it and it still leaks.. I'm thinking its coming from where the braided line meets the female AN fitting

On the pan I welded a AN bung to it then used a 90 push lock AN fitting with 1/2 trans cooler line on the supercharger it is just a 1/2 nipple zero leaks

For the turbos most of the leakproof setups I hve seen get adapters to use trans cooler hose also it is a lot cheaper and bigger diameter for drains just cover the turbo end of it with heat shielding so it doesn't get hard and crack

I have some heat shielding material for hose if anyone needs it I can bring it Sunday I also have header wrap I will sell and firewall heat shield and flexible turbo wrap also I will donate I will have it Sunday for you turbo guys
