Other than that it looks cool...

 

The gray high temp paint is only there to help me find exhaust leaks. After all leaks are fixed and the welds are all cleaned up. The turbo down pipe and manifold will be Ceramic Coated.

Making preps to mock-up the 4" exhaust.

No, Didn't have to spend any money on the front mount turbo. I just cut up the STS rear mount turbo kit and turned in into a front mount STS turbo. Already had some 3" and 2 1/2" exhaust pipe on hand. It was allot of work cutting it up with just a hack saw, and matching the joints up using a 4" grinder. The hard way........

I did have to buy: 4" pipe, 1 3/4 flex joints, 3" flex joint, 4" 90 degree bent elbow, 1 3/4 45 degree bent pipe, and pipe hangers. All supplied by Ricks Muffler Shop here in St. Augustine. $233.74

Still going to use the SRT10 tail pipe.

 

I wish I knew how to weld.

Same question I ask myself every month on the 1st.

 

Did a little fabrication before going to work today. Added a 4 inch pipe adapter to the turbo down pipe.

 

So that EGR valve didnt do anything. I can't clear the code with diablo and if I reset the PCM it comes back immediately. Even with the Key on and truck not running it comes back. Any ideas?

 

What's the code #

 

Look what a friend gave me today. A 4" S/S diesel exhaust tail pipe. Well, I did have to pay him with a Coke Zero and a Payday candy bar.

Just need a 4" inlet/outlet straight through muffler.
