And you can go with a bigger turbo exhaust pipe.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You have to leave 12 to 18 inches length of the three inch turbo exhaust pipe. The three inch turbo exhaust pipe size and length does help in the turbo's exhaust housing performance.

Here's a pic of my turbo exhaust pipe mod going into the SRT10 tail pipe. The 4 inch exhaust pipe allowed enough room and flow for the W/Gs to dump into it without affecting the turbo performance as well as keeping the truck stealthy.

The 4 inch pipe also helped out in the exhaust flow into the SRT10 twin 2 1/2 piping.

Looks good Stu. My problem with running a bigger down pipe is contacting the firewall. I dont think I can fit one between the headers, frame and firewall. Would probably would have to cut the firewall and weld a new piece in for it to clear.

Maybe? Idk I havent gotten under there in awhile lol. I wish the bolt pattern of our headers were the same as a chevy, I could build a header with primaries that are much closer to the head to potentially give me the space to run a 4'' down pipe.

BTW, truck is doing the popping crap again under full boost.. Its on its period again lol. Darell said spark blow out could cause that. Plugs are at .035. Thoughts?

NGK 4306s and not sure on max timing. IEMS3 does timing based on MS and i've got timing pulled from the stock tune. My other laptop is dead with the software on it so idk how many MS of timing i've got pulled. As for max timing, dunno that either. Can I log max timing with diablo?

yeah every once in awhile. Maybe it is the connectors. That was the problem with when I first put it in, truck would get a random misfire, found out half the plug wasnt seated (they're really crappy connectors that go into the iems box itself). Ill push em in in the morning and jump on it. Seems to only do it right around 5000rpms
