I'm going to be critical and say it is all smoke and mirrors without the mirror. They state it manipulates sensor input to the ECM. I am of course guessing but my guess is it modifies the IAT signal, in other words its a "Power Wire" with perhaps two settings. Most standard power wires modifies the signal to the PCM that the Inlet Air Temperature (IAT) is 10 degree's below what it actually is. This richens the fuel and increases timing from a internal PCM table. My recommendation is either build your own PWR Wire or simply buy one for $40. If I remember off the top of my head here, the PWR wire is 4.7k ohm and I made a custom one using 5.4k ohm. Good luck...
