Transmission Issue, Not Again

Today on the way from work, I had yet another transmission failure. Granted this is the first one with the SharaDon, but this is like the 3rd time in a year and a half. I hope its something simple, but I'm not usually that lucky.
So on the way home this evening, I needed to get over into the right lane to make a turn coming up within a half mile or so. I wasn't hotrodding it or anything. There was place to get over in front of the car I was beside, so I gave it enough throttle to accelerate from 40 to 50. I didn't mash to the floor, but enough that it downshifted, and felt like I hit the brake. Never felt that one before...:ermm: The right turn was onto my street so I didn't have to go to make it home. I remember right after the install I had a code pop up for line pressure below threshold. So I bought the Sonnex line pressure booster and assumed that would've fixed the problem. IDK I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

I took the truck to my transmission guy to have him pull the actual code instead of the general P0700 and see what's wrong. I'm sure I'll be talking to Denny tomorrow as well.

Dang Bill. Sorry about the cluthces burning up. The Space Coast is going to be running rampant with *ord's and *hevy's with the two Hemi's being down. We got to get one up and going to keep them all in check. :D

Just to keep everyone up to par, after talking to Denny he wants the tranny back to look and see what happened. From what it looks like, it could've been caused a pressure issuse somewhere in the system. The codes were;
P0868 Line Pressure Low Fault
P0735 Gear Ratio Error in 4th Prime
P0934 Pressure Sensor Low
P0734 Gear Ratio Error In Fouth
P1790 Fault Immediately After A Shift

As soon as the tranny is pulled it'll be on its way back to Denny. Keeping my fingers crossed, the truck won't be down for to long.

Line pressure is not really related to rpm as much as throttle position and map single (load %)

Does sound like bills truck hits 4 in most vids gotta drop it down and hold third gear for the runs should be right around 6500 thru the traps in third with the slicks maybe tickling 7k for a brief second otherwise those clutches get burned up even thou its brief it does damage quickly

So, how fast does the line pressure build up when you go from idle to wot?

The reason I ask this question is maybe there needs to be a delay in serious power until the line pressure is up........ Maybe a pressure sensor for a boost delay switch or bypass valve?

Humm....

Your a 2005 the comp knows its not safe so it just holds 3rd I do it every run when you pull it down make sure your above 4600rpm I personally have never done it sooner

The kickdown nono is a lovely deal dodge thougt was smart for a stock truck yes but add a tuner and some other bolt ons and your intue slip power range

Basically the trans has 5 forward gears with the lockup and 2 secondary gears for passing 1-3 can hold a ton of power 4/5 cannot there secondary clutch pack the sister stack is to thin (not enough clutches) and when you go to pass someone on the road and it kicks down 90% of the time it's not to a standard gear it's usually to a prime gear which is 2c/4c/or l/r clutches

2c/4c are part of the main up shift program minus the l/r when it downshifts the low reverse engages with the c packs and it can hold alot of power but the 2c/4c cannot hence the slip and burnt gears

On the up shift you have 2c/4c sistering the main drive inside the trans which holds all the power if that makes any sense
