What did you set your ring gaps to on the top and second rings? The gaps are very important.....

 

update today, I was able to work on the motor..I think I'm a day away from ready to put it back in the truck...

I got you all beat no photo but had a hemi in the hatch of a Honda lol. It was scraping the ground.

 

update for saturday..thanks to Eddies help, we were able to install motor and attached to tranny... because of the arp studs, we installed the driverside head complete before dropping into truck....also removed the arp studs closest to firewall to make it easier to install the passenger side head after motor was installed.. we installed without the one head initially in order to access the tranny bolts more easily...

right now we are same time, AZ does not do Daylight Savings, so I am same time as West Coast. then in winter I am same time as the other Mountain Time states.
