Thanks to this site and all the friendly and helpfull people here; Mr Hemi gave me permission to post pic's and details of a complete build for a supercharged Hemi engine. We will take you through the step by step process. From pulling the motor, to the final tuning. Starting tomorrow morning at 9 am, we will be tearing into the truck. We will give you a day by day post and pic's of the truck in progress. Currently, there are 11 other on going project vehicles that are being worked on. Somedays my truck will have to take a back burner. I want to take the time right now, to thank the many people on this site, that have answered all my many questions and make this happen.

The testing is done. We set up my truck stock to get the base numbers. Everything was well within the required stock numbers. We then tested Superchips in the 87 tune, tow/haul tune and the performance tune. Superchips does NOTHING to increase line pressure as thought. However, I don't have a clue what it does to aid with TM. We then tested the Transgo resistor mod. It raised line pressure 15psi, straight accross the board, over stock and Superchips.
After seeing these results, does anyone think there would be any harm in running the resistor along with the Superchips in a 2004 Ram?

This is your 9th transmission? So preparations A-H were complete failures and you finally settled on 'Preparation I' ... I believe Mr Evil would be dissapointed to find that Preparation H really didn't work.

Sorry, little Austin Powers moment...

Anyway, great work and I can't wait till you get everything working 100% so we call all start placing orders!

More upgrades and mod's! I just recieved my aluminum intake spacers for the MP1 intake from TR Waters. By legthening the runners, I'll be able to make more low end torque from the single plane manifold. I'll be sending the manifold and spacers off to Knowlton's for the R&D next week. I will also be installing a Franks Racing Inc. camshaft. Spec's on the cam are 525/532 216/220 @ .050" with a 114 LSA. The intercooler is coming off as well as a new exhaust system.

...that stuff is good electrical insulator too!

I worked for an industrial machine company that built spot weld machines for contract jobs. insulated a lot of parts with phenolics/micarda

real nice to machine as well!!

Did you end up switching to the Hellfire or did you mean the Sidewinder?
