Thanks to this site and all the friendly and helpfull people here; Mr Hemi gave me permission to post pic's and details of a complete build for a supercharged Hemi engine. We will take you through the step by step process. From pulling the motor, to the final tuning. Starting tomorrow morning at 9 am, we will be tearing into the truck. We will give you a day by day post and pic's of the truck in progress. Currently, there are 11 other on going project vehicles that are being worked on. Somedays my truck will have to take a back burner. I want to take the time right now, to thank the many people on this site, that have answered all my many questions and make this happen.

What kind of pump are you puting in there?

Using a laser level, to cut the top of the tank perfectly flat, so after you put the pump in you can seal it with a flat peice of plastic. Do I win?

SJ, did you find out anything on the bearings?
To be honest with you, I forgot. I'll email myself at the shop right now, so I'll remember on Tues.

Hemi2nv; Clevite sells the cam bearings. It's part # SH 1990-S

do you think that Clevite supplies the bearings for DC motors?
DC will buy from whoever submits the low bid, that meets their specifications. Each batch COULD be different, like the 6.1 cams.

you know jay, they are one size fits all rice!

Uniball I think he wants to know what year make and model of Honda so he can look the bearings up. I will see if Stu has a part number for you as well.

OOPs, didn't think about that, thanks Scott. I think Jerry knows the part # for the bearings I'm talking about. YO Jerry hook a brother up w/ the p/n unless those were included w/ one of are many trades over the past few months??? I think you should keep the install on the this thread. It will be a little history time line for us on your build and will be easy for anyone to go back to w/ out bouncing around everywhere. Then after your ready to start it up I would start a new thread... IT's ALIVE would be a good topic. I for one have been anxiously awaiting your results/rewards for all the hard work and effort no to mention $$$ you have spent on this jewel of a motor. Good luck and happy motor assembly!!! Laters,

SuperJay do you have the Clevite p/n for the Chevy 6.125" rod w/ Honda rod journal size 1.88"???
That would be CB-1456P. Don't know what kind of radius was ground on your crank, so pay attention to that. Stock bearings MAY have to be chamfered.
