Thanks to this site and all the friendly and helpfull people here; Mr Hemi gave me permission to post pic's and details of a complete build for a supercharged Hemi engine. We will take you through the step by step process. From pulling the motor, to the final tuning. Starting tomorrow morning at 9 am, we will be tearing into the truck. We will give you a day by day post and pic's of the truck in progress. Currently, there are 11 other on going project vehicles that are being worked on. Somedays my truck will have to take a back burner. I want to take the time right now, to thank the many people on this site, that have answered all my many questions and make this happen.

Everything is working again. We have been patiently waiting for the pistons to get here. The addtional head work should be done tomorrow. The wait on the heads has taken since 12/23/05. While we've been waiting, Denny decided to hot rod up the oil pan. He installed front and rear oil dam's along with an oil return line. This is all I have for now. I will post pictures of the custom heads as soon as they are done.

uniball, Denny had the oil dam's put in to keep the oil in the deep part of the pan during hard excelleration and hard braking. The dam's along with the windage tray will only benefit the oiling in these motors, NA or FI.
If my motor shows up Panther Pink my wife will be the only one driving my truck, LOL! Oh but, that would look good w/ some Panther Pink crinkle finish valve cover's though!

My new torque converter cam in today. We commissioned Continental Converters, to build us one, to as close to a 3500 stall as possible. The new polished Manley valve springs also showed up. (Thanks to weldedhemi) and I will post up pic's of those as soon as my heads are done.

SMT6 and extras, should be in tomorrow. The custom built, balanced and blueprinted converter, will set you back $490, plus shipping.
Continental used my old stock coverter. I don't know about a core charge. They make their custom converters one at time based off of what particular mod's you have done to your vehicle. You can see one of their spec sheets if you go to their web site.
