We are planning a weekend GTG for Salado Texas at the Stagecoach Inn.
I have reserved 10 rooms for October 28th - 30th. At the Stagecoach Inn. You may call the Stagecoach at 1-800-732-8994. Tell them you are with the HemiTruckClub. They will have our rooms kinda together.

There are other hotels/motels in the area. Stage Coach is the one that has been recommended. The rooms run $80-$100 per night. Christine said they would work with us on the price after we had a better idea of the number of people attending.
I thought we could also use this GTG as our installation of officers for 2012. Be thinking of you would like to nominate. I'll start a separate thread on the elections in September.
Come on gang!! We haven't had a statewide GTG in a few years. Let's get it together and have a great time!!
