Nice list of stuff so far. Just so you know I am a CMR tuner also. A cam, tune and some gears will help get that moving.

It’s a very mild cam. Honestly if you do a cam go with a 268 or equivalent minimum suggested.

Yeah if you don’t plan to race it then the 260 would make a little more sense I just like to hear the hemi roar!
