Thanks everyone.. to anwser all the member questions with one post ,as you can see by my totals im a post whore lol ..we bought the house not renting ..Rancher your welcome to visit anytime.. alright Jay to

along with any other members traveling this way .. yes that is a friggin big schooner/sailboat 161 feet the Bluenose 11 taken with a small zoom not much the coast is actully 1 km away not a mile thats under 3/4 of your mile . can see every ship that comes in . We abosolutly love it here and so do all of our dogs !! we are 10 min from the city .. think i found my happy place !!
