Hi this is my first time post so be gentle. I have a 2003 ram 150 that hesitates under load at about 2000 to 2500 rpm. It only happens from first start, I drive about 200 yards and then go up a sharp hill, on accseleration it starts to hesitate with the rpm needle fluctuating , but eases off if  I come of the gas a bit, it stops when the engine is worm.I have changed the lambda sensor MAF crank shaft and IAT sensor to no  avail . Can someone point me in a new direction.
Regards Gareth .

Thanks all for your input. The transmission oil is full, but you have hit on an interesting point, it only occurs when cold first start going home from work, witch is up hill after 200yards,so it must be in open loop. One other point, going to work which is all down hill and on flat for about 3 miles I have no problem, even going up the same hill on the last part of my journey  to work it goes like a train.Could it be that I have to reprogram the throttle position sensor?
Regards
Gareth
