Guess what guess what my stalling is gone haha must of been something in the trans causing it did the swap without disconnecting battery so memory and idle wouldn't be lost and for two days now no stall in the morning

A quicklearn is a must Keith... Otherwise that trans might be short lived as well

Yes I did filled with fluid heated her up idling backed out and did a quick learn

You forget I had done this 10 times before and I am an ASE master tech

Emailed Denny and asked what filters to use said use 4x4 filters and I asked About break in time he said as long as it shifts fine and fluid is good there really isn't a break in period he said take it slow so I'm going to put 1k on it then slowly lean on it more and more

here is the diameter of pipe it is 1 1/4 with a .120 wall just under 1/8 inch i think

this is the pipe lenght from center of axle to where it will reach on the truck 19" farther forward than lead leaf eye this pipe is very strong i dont think i will be bending it at all

here are some mcgauphys shop drop brackets the center part is to narrow to slip on frame rail so i am going to cut it out and use a little bigger piece to attach it to the frame will be bolting it on and then tacking it in place they work perfectly the bar will sit about 2" off frame now all i need to do is bring truck to a chassis shop and have them weld ears on the axle tubes for me to mount it up and then i am done

Those bars will stiffen up your suspension Keith. You might have to install a Floating Housing Mount on the leaf spring to stop the suspension from stiffening up or binding.

This is why I went long bar instead of caltracs with the bar directly under the axle and perfectly parallel to truck there is virtually no bind in suspension just twist stop when wot the axle really only moves up and down with my single bar setup and only transfers torque thru bar when really hard accel occurs I drove in a lightning and you couldn't tell at all by when he stabbed it all it did was spin no wheel hop any more we will see how it goes and they are adjustable lh/rh thread so at track I can preload the hell out of them

They are a type of traction bar the way I look at it spin is a lot better than crazy wheel hop

I've never had a wheel hope problem. I guess that's because my truck doesn't have as much hp/tq as yours.

Maybe not sure either but if I have a passenger with fillings they will fall out that's how bad it is

It's because we build up to full boost, (hp & tq) after our trucks are rolling. It's a different story with Bill and Keith though.
