Got some more cheap mods in mind I am removing the factory leaf springpack clamps and putting some custom made ones on that have no room for any movement in them front And rear of the pack and I am also Skipping caltracs and making my own set of long bars will connect from bottom of u-bolts to about a foot Infront of leaf spring eye directly to the frame I did the math and can make 2 sets for about 200$ and cover my truck and the big truck

Deff will do I'm using 1" diameter chromoly with .120 wall thickness that's 60" long with 3/4 Heims fully adjustable making two sets for 225$ total

His truck would be simple to make one he has a 4 link setup stock simply change upper or lower bar out for an adjustable one and your done

I can make one just need the measurement from bolt hole to bolt hole I found a site that sells pre threaded chromoly just need Heims and your good to go I would say no more then 150$ for bars on his truck

Either 5/8 or 3/4 swedged chromoly tubes they are pree threaded lh/rh for Heims just get the size you need they have bars to 26" here I believe your truck you would need two bars and 2 lh and 2 rh Heims And your done pretty much what any site would sell you for 400$ at a quarter the price

 

Speed shop in Jax cuts 1 end of the track bar and welds up nuts & threaded rod for adjustment, lock nut & aligns to true center roll for $150.

I read that this week on another site. Now I just have to find it again.

As much as we want to stu it would cost to much to go 2011 style a lot of fab work involved there with the long bars I am making a lot of guys with trucks are seeing 1.4-1.6 60' times that's huge let's see what happens after I'm done

Also will be getting pics and before and after axle wrap vids for everyone to see hey maybe I can make some for some members if interested and mine work out good

I'm doing it at work on a lift this time to make it easier and faster all tools right there ready to go 40mins in and out and I can also fix my exhaust leaks I discovered With a good welder
