Well heads off! All looks good pistons all good to go heads are fine waiting on gaskets now then back together it goes. Adding meth the I take pipe just before TB in the 90 degree bend also adding temp sensor there to for actual intake into tb opening best all around location for picking it up. This way the comp will see what actual eng enter temp is at all times boost and no boost.

Ok after seeing this chart it is official my blower is to small for my eng for the demands I am asking of it. 1000cfm is not enough. I am for sure over that hp level demand by now easily! The 1500 is the answer for me but would prefer a YSIV-7 at 1600 cam with a big pulley to slow her down some. That would give me boost with low heat and very little drag. The other option is the impellar upgrade taking my 1200@ 1000cfm to 1150cfm only 50cfm away from a 1500 so if I wanted to run the 14psi Max with my
Current setup for only $700 impellar and rebuild kit or save up $2300 for a 1500 blower. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place and I believe the bearings may have a little play in them to. Decisions  any suggestions guys. Only going for 14 psi on this eng no more. The eng will be lacking what a turbo at 14psi could do but hey it's cheaper right now and what I have.

Looks to me the upgrade would be the way to go...

Well I got it figured out! I'm going to send the blower out and have the housing machined to fit a Vortech T trim blade into it. This will make it flow around 1250 cfm air. The vollute is going to be opened up to the same diameter as the 1500 novi. Basically I am getting a vortech t trim blower into a novi 1200 housing opened up to flow more than a 1500 at less RPM. A win win. I am hoping to have to use a way bigger pulley for this combo. All this for under $800 bucks sweet. Beats $3300 on a new blower.
