MPG are awesome! Usually around 700 miles per tank. I love the torque it has...plenty down low....
I already dropped it and put the srt8 brembos all the way around with slotted rotors. I really love this truck.

Well the 90mm gm tb is out of the question it was free but I'm not going to hack I up to get it to work for me so on to the next mod. I had to do to much work to make it sit at 10% rest instead of 20% rest so I will save for one later on down the road.

I think either my stock tb is getting stuck at wot or my blowoff valve is to small. 3 times now my tb has hung well past the traps on my truck. I even went to neutral after a run and it just tacked out for 3secs. Kinda scary. It may be because of the extremely rich condition I had prior to my retune I have done. Testing again Wednesday to see if its better.

That indeed would scare the hell out of me.

well went to the track today with crap results again. i have heard of manifold efficiency dropping boost but wow didnt know it was that good at it. i was able to get to spikes of 12 psi mainl 10/11 with truck manifold. now i can barely get 6. i have absolutly no leaks anywhere pressure checked everything. and the belt is tighter than tight and brand new so slip is not the issue.

i will be getting the impellar soon and a 3" pulley which should put me back up where i was before pressure wise. from what i see i am roughly down 6 psi or 145hp est due to lack of boost.

also while at the track the tb hung 3 times so i gave up either its too small which i doubt or the plumbing i have it hooked to is restricting the blow off causing the tb hang. also spotted 3 leaks in the aftercooler setup 2 on lower jug and my setrab cooler has a hole in it

so all in all i have a few things to get done before track testing again.

1. setrab cooler
2. fix plumbing of blow off valve (may get bigger one just in case)
3. get 3" pulley
4. impellar upgrade
5. fix leaking elbows
6. break 11s barrier :thumb:

From what I have seen the OEM TB closes with a lot of force. Can't imagine it being held open. Do you think it might be something associated with the APPS signal?

I woudnt say stuck open as much as the air iv being forced past it since my blow off is vented kinda funny right now

Will be fixing a few things prior to running again and all should be good with throttle issues.

Found a nice 30 row cooler with a fan for 80$ on eBay man I love deals like that. The aftercooler water is going to be a lot cooler now than before lol
