With that kind of horsepower you can get hurt... First build a pro chassis and drop your body on it. Then toss in the 1200hp motor. Some years ago I remember some guy in Chicago built a Ram with a tube frame, but I think he was all about show, not racing.

I hear you, look at the trouble the folks get into with the flying mile and lake runs. Speed is speed.... must be respected..

Ok this is gonna be fun for sure look at my speed calculater will Na almost 20k shy of blower max making the same if not more boost with kess drag and a lot less heat. I will also be directly in the perfect middle top of map. According to vortech maps this is going to spot on what I need.

I need some education and a clearer picture before I can interpret the graphs. lol

They are engine air demand vs boost charts. The YSI is perfect you want to generally stay in the middle to top of the smallest circle for the coolest air and boost pressure. Going into the second circle is fine but the third is where the boost device will flatten out.

Old information lurking from the bad ole days...
A 350 sbc turning 6000 would flow number wise 650 cfm. Possibly better info would be... 14.7 psi is one atmosphere, so if you were pushing 7psi basically one half of atmosphere your engine would think it was over 500 cubic inches and flowing 975 cfm at 6000rpm. Seems a NOVI 1200 is plenty big enough for a moderate increase......:brows:

 blower still not shipped and may not until the 5th  but it's a good thing gives me time to mock up the spare plate for the kit I'm sending north.

Driving truck NA right now and it's so slow in comparison to what I an use to lol but this is also good lets me dial my trims in the area that I would normally never be able to hit without getting into boost throttle wise.

Sorry for your delay, now get busy brother..... ;)

Well brackets are made for the most part now to tap some holes Monday after work forgot my KIT. then test got it to the truck and make sure all is well. If all goes to plan get 2 oddly long bolts that nobody seems to have and box it all up shortly to ship. I hope my new blower gets mailed Monday.

YSI TRIM BLOWER IS IN THE MAIL!!!! going to be a fun weekend this week! Going to track Friday letting Becca drive the truck NA for a baseline! If it runs anywhere in the 12s range the 1200 has been killing me rather than helping me. We will see. Going to dial my NA trims in now since I have never ran the truck NA except to drive it home from dealer lol. I'm am very curious to see what happens Friday.looking for at least around 12.8-13.5 I hope lol we will see. My cam is a blower cam not a NA cam so what will it be lol?
