run-away throttle was partly tune related, maybe totally tune related.

tune fix was de-sensitize upper end of throttle sensitivity table and raising the "wot enrichment" throttle volt trigger and wot mode throttle volt trigger. setting these too low can cause throttle blade to pop open when you don't want it to.

the "wot enrichment" throttle volt trigger does need to be lowered vs stock though, for proper part throttle boost fuel enrichment. can be a bit of a balancing act to set this in a sweet spot.

changing decel fuel shutoff trigger may have helped too

Keith tinkering with blow-off valve may have helped also

Well added the fittings in. Due to the location of the aftercooler vs where the full jug is I will be drilling a small 1/4 hole in the aftercooler and t a line from there in one of the drum down tubes to purge all the air from the cooler every time the pump starts and runs for max efficiency. Currently even with the tiny little 3/8 in out exchanger up front I am getting 40degree diff to the touch in and out on the aftercooler itself. Not to bad IMO. Will be getting the big exchanger like the one stu has very shortly also and restest that. Will also be adding my water/ice tank behind the seat. Josh have me a good idea with that about not using actual ice bit the freezer blocks or the ice cube style ones so I don't have to drain any water out or dilute my mix in the system.

Side note I had to raise my idle to 700. With the throttle that close for
SOme reason my truck will not idle down without stalling coming to stops at all. With it at 700 it works fine now odd but hey it irk that's fine with me.

What size IC are you using? I want to put one on my old diesel, maybe I can recycle something you are replacing???

Yes will do Stu.

I have my old aftercooler it's 3"in/out making a 90 thru it just like the big new one just a smaller version
Maybe you can email me pictures and dimensions of what you got.

Thanks,
