But do stock N/A motors like it?

Yeah it helps on all motors but will also allow na to run more timing hence more power

Meth is basically a race fuel that's injected cooling the air charge while raising the octane

Would either of these work on my N/A very mildly modded HEMI.

shhh you are letting all the secrets out....

Nah, it'll ruin your engine!

I'm lying.... :coolsmiley:

The one I'm using I believe is discontinued. Mostly becuase it was a little tricky to use. I have a rpm window switch to arm it and a vacum switch to trigger it. The problem being on a na engine is the switch is set for low vacum, with the ign ON and the engine not running it is below the vacum set point (ie no vacum) and the system would activate. Arming the system using a window switch would leave the system turned off until the engine was actually running.

Like I said that system is no longer available and a much better system is now being offered in it's place IMO. http://www.snowperformance.net/stage-2-boost-cooler-n-a.html

Good luck you will like it. Day to day running you can use -30 windshield washer fluid, Boost Juice and finally Nitro Boost for a night out.

I asked this same question a while back and was told there wouldnt be much gain for our trucks unless the compression was raised. Has something changed with the newer kits?
Without a dyno sheet. IMO, it makes a marginal difference, High compression engines will see more gains then lower CR one because they have the potential to make more power, however you need to have the timing set to make that power and the wtr/meth will allow for that aggressive tuning. On my stock na engine using SC tuner, pwr wire and 180 stat all add some timing. Even using 93 octane on a 91 tune I had some fuel knock. After I installed the wtr/meth I no longer have any knock. I've tried the 93 tune, but the engine feels stronger on the 91 tune. I have also read the new gen hemi doesn't like nor need a lot of timing. Wtr/meth really likes High CR or Forced Induction engines, but still has it uses on a na engine as it cools the inlet charge and lowers egt which all help to make a little power. My 2 cents......

Good news going to be adding something I swore I would never use ever but with the octane increase the meth gives me I will be able to run the same timing and gain alot of power too will be using a dry shot since I will be able to increase fuel pressure a little anyway if I hook the regulator line back up testing will be fun for sure

This will for sure get me in the 11s with a really cool air charge air substantial power increase

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought Dry Spray Nitrous was bad for our trucks????

Going lean is bad for the engine. If the proper A/F is maintained then the method of delivery doesn't matter.

Wait for it.........:D Keith has a story to tell all of you. He has discovered something new.........

Well, I knew of it. It's what allows me to run my truck the way I do with a non updated tune with higher boost.:brows: Now if I can get the trucks fuel pressure a little higher.
