Since I owned never ran n/a ever 2hrs after I bought it charger was on

 

Well the 2" spacer showed up today and its fits perfectly very nice you would
Almost think it was aluminum but its not got phenolic for two reasons price and to keep heat away from neck of intake

 

There's enough room under the ac line with a little finess that a 4" pipe fits without issue

 

That looks good Keith. :thumb::thumb: How are you going to install the air to water aftercooler? Swap to the opposite inlet angle?

 

Yeah need to plug meth hole and going to loop charge pipe from intake to side and from old outlet to charger will be mounting it shortly once its mounted will order te pipe I will need to hook it all up will have it all welded together in as big of pieces as I can to limit clamps

Will post pics as it comes along just trying to find a way to mount it up not very many locations to mount it at maybe to the wiper cowling not sure yet trial and error

I'm really looking at the Modman with a built in aftercooler in it.

 

Can't mount like that mine is way to big I have an idea basically flip that around and that's where I'm going with it

 

She is alive and torque Deff is not gone N/A I can blow the tires off still thru 1 and most of 2nd can't wait till the charger is plumbed back into the system it's going to be awesome

Idles fine vacuum is perfect hp not a factor and it sounds insane with the blower just pumping air to no where

All welded up nice nice with the pipes beig solid and clamped in the aftercooler doesn't. Move at all still hits 10+ psi with ease

The welder was a heliarc welder from harbor freight with low frequency only so welding this thin pipe was a bit tricky for sure for but it looks good enough for me and holds fine
