Well did a little testing today and found under wot my crankcase has around 3-5psi in it from the pcv leaking under boost need to find an adapter for it to vent it but I will be adding an exhaust Venturi system to the truck that should help a lot and free some hp and seal the rings a lot better from lower crankcase pressure also by using wasted power to cure an issue doesn't add to eng load

First vent will be pulled from the vent at filler cap run down to header collector second vent will be from pcv valve location once I find an adapter that works for the trucks

Hope you didn't split the intake manifold. I've done that once already. They seem to split some where around the crank case vent ports inside the intake manifold. Some where here on our sight. I have a pic of what your cylinder head intake ports will look like. All of them gummed up with oil and crud.

Well added the exhaust pcv vent and it works at idle ery well it says its not saposed to work with full exhaust they were wrong

Video is of the supercharger suction hose doesn't pull at all even when revved up second hose is the exhaust vent at idle under throttle it pulls a lot harder

Well did some street testing and at idle got 5in of vacuum Cruseing it's around 5-10 perfectly fine and good for the motor too just need to see what it's at on the 2nd at the track for final results but I believe I'm good to go now

I used the jegs exhaust nipple and jegs valve mounted on a 45 angle just after collector joint and used the factory filler line breather for the suction point works very nice

Before your recent mods, you had the PCV valve sucking out air/vapor from the crankcase. Where/how, did you have air entering the crankcase?

The stick only came out one time in 30+ runs I may well have had some pressure in there all the time and never knew about it but since it happened I am taking steps to alleviate it now to prevent an issue I have run 9 times since that one time with zero issues at all maybe the pcv that one run didn't seat at all and I boosted the crankcase also not sure but I will be monitoring the crankcase psi/vacuum until after the track on the 2nd so we will see if the issue is gone and if I'm good to go all checks come back good so maybe it's just the added stroke and the boost doing it not sure but I was lacking on venting anyhow

Ok well something is deffinatly wrong with the truck the crankcase has 6+ psi in it thru the entire run needless to say the truck won't be going to Orlando for the last funday Sunday

but I did just get back from pbir with an even faster pb ran a 12.10 at 111 with a 1.66 60' and 7.67 1/8 these bars work very well

Next week will be on vaca that entire week packing for our move to the new house we just bought and diag the truck going to do comp check first if I find an issue there will be doing a leak down test if nothing found there will remove and inspect intake for possible cracks I hate to do it but its needed and guees what I just found out and am really pissed off my end does not have head studs they are factory headbolts I going to discuss this with motor builder thought they were studs this hole time it may even have a head gasket issue under boost only that would suck either way it looks like the eng may be coming out for gaskets and studs here shortly

but its better to catch it now and hopefully not damage anything

We will be at the diner rocking the charger

Before you do unneeded things, post a picture of the drivers side of your motor.

what are we looking for
Were looking to see where the tube/hose, coming from below the oil filler cap, goes too.

That hose was originally routed to the intake of the supercharger and now it runs down to my exhaust evacuator I just installed

I have talked to three other engine builders and a few promod drag racers with blowers and say that I need to run two -12 breathers off the valve covers to the exhaust with my setup and that the pressure I am seeing is considered low from there experience and if at all possible that I should block the pcv off at the intake at the track and run it normal on the street
