Well still on the way home from the rally it's 8:30 now another 4hrs and I will be home but I have. Few mods planned have to check with Neil for his prices and my fuel pump upgrade will be doing a full write up on that one here soon

just sold the house too so now i have to find a bigger house with a 2+ car garage would be nice and then let the mods really begin

Well did another mod today remember the overheat in traffic at rally issue well I have officialy fixed it I moved the fan out to the front of the shroud so it has to pull air from the entire radiator not just where the fan was strapped to the radiator will post pics in a little bit

heres where the fan was located in traffic the temp would climb up and would overheat like bills does if i wasnt moving i had to be going at least 25 and up for a good bit to get it to cool back down with the fan here you can see the whole right side of the radiator and most of the top is not getting any air drawn across it this way

so far i have managed to sit at idle for almost 30 mins and the temp has not gone over the middle more than about a 1/16" very nice mod if i do say so myself i just dont know why i didnt think of this earlier i may try to add a ring around the fan that has thin rubber flaps on it so that when i drive air will still flow but when the fan comes on they suck shut so that all the air is only coming thru the radiator but will have to see if this works fine this way first for awhile

I need to put mine back like that. Unfortunately the fan got trimmed to fit the radiator better when i got rid of the shroud and it just doesnt pull air like it used to when it sat a few inches back. Course I think either the motor on mine is going bad or the relay is, my low speed wouldnt come on last night.. And my high speed will randomly kick on (its on a manual switch only)

Ok don't want to start a new thread but moving out in 2 days to a rental for 6 months to fix credit (didn't know it was bad) then buy an actual house that my brother does not own half of so I can do what I want to it when I want to also may be adding a hemi to my collection the big 4x4 may be getting more lift (37" tires and a 3" body with long arm upgrade) 4.56 gears and clocked transfer case

The new hemi is likely going to be a charger 5.7 or srt8 for the wife's new daily driver

Also I have to get the walbro 400 and my fuel line decided to run AN from tank up y it at intake to two feed rails and connect them with the crossover so I don't starve my passenger side out anymore and make traction bars for the big truck also the big train horn I was talking about at rally I had in my truck is going back on the 4x4 will post a vid and pics later

Don't remember if anyone had asked about my cam specs but I found them
Int. Exh.
Gross valve lift. .571 .550
Duration @ .050 219 226
Lobe separation 114

Also found my piston card they are 9.6:1 instead od 9.5 like I thought fully coated with compstar balanced stroker rotating assembly and all Manley titanium retainers/keepers with beehive springs and upgraded pushrods with a modified oil pump

Jeez. Keith. I. Wish. There . Was more. Punctuation. Lol.
Nice plans btw

What Manley valve springs are they Keith?
IMO, that has more duration then what I have seen successfully run. But the key is running a 03 friendly cam lays with the 114 lsa, timing at idle, SC3815 does a decent job and raising the idle. Most critical is to get 630-650 rpm idle when warmed up. I'm thinking of trying a 216/216 (Spartan) 113 lsa Good Luck...
