Missed my shot at a Titan this morning on the way to work. Younger guy (possibly a teenager) ran up to me at a red light itching to run. God I wanted to but just a little to much traffic and wet conditions. He spins out bad trying to leave the light so much so I pulled away under normal acceleration, once he got traction he came up beside me romping the gas trying to egg me on. Met up with him at the next red light and got to chat with him. Told him he had a nice sounding truck but I'm not going to race in these conditions. Told him weather permitting he should head to Orlando Speed World this Sunday, lot of trucks out there who like to run, hoping some fellow FL Chapter members get a shot at him if he does show. If anyone sees him its a "canteen green" Titan on some Nitto A/T tires with black rims. Have to convince incoming family to go track with me this weekend..... No kill today

you will get ur chance. a buddy of mine had his dads with the 5.7L in it and wanted me to and another one of my buddys. at the time i had a 1997 dodge 1/2 4x4 with a 318. i hade magnaflow muffler with the high flow magnaflow cat. 3.5 inch magnaflow tips. cold air intake, throttle body spacer, 285/75/16 enduro M/T and 3.92 gears

. my other buddy had a 1999 dodge 1/2 4x4 with a 360 and it had straight pipes, headers and a cold air intake, but he only had the 3.55 gears. the Titan was all stock. i dont know what it had done to it. but we all lined up at the same time on a main state road late at night of course

and we went. i had both of them off the line and all the way up to 65 then the titan when around me and then the 99 went around me. the titan got us in a one mile stretch. but in top end my buddy in the 99 got him and then i got him. my truck would do 125 topped out it would just take a long time to get there lol.
