How do you guys find those sylvania head and fog lights compared to the factory ones?? Do they create lots of heat? In my old durango I had aftermarket bulbs that melted my fogs

So far no melting problems In mine and here is a thread to follow. I think quite a few us have them although. im yet to get the foglight ones.. and yes they are much brighter than stock. if you go up top of the main page and scroll down there are many catagories of subjects already covered or in progress ..but you probably allready knew that lol
no problems here and I have them, as well as hideaway strobes for emergency response lights in the fog light housing. Strobes sure do heat up the housing though!
No problems here with the fog lights, however I swapped out the factory light on one side with a silverstar and havent bothered to put the other one in. Why, you ask? Cause I can't tell the difference. Package says right on it 9007ST. Maybe I got a regular bulb in an ST package. Wait a sec, it said ST on the bulb too......
Have the Silverstars also, so far OK, I seem to notice that they look brighter than the stock bulbs more from the drivers vantage point than looking at them from the outside. Worth $26.00 CDN?? I haven't decided yet!!!
