Bill, when do you think you'll be ready to fire up the beast. I would like to drive down to Martys shop to see the intial start up. I'll make sure I bring my camera to get the big grin on your face after the intial start up.

Everyone one is shutting down for New Years. The shop and suppliers are in that mode already.

Needing Header (metal)gaskets from Dyna Tech. I don't want to put in the Paper sealers only to have to change them out again in the future.

What was on the shelf was for a 360 Magnum motor (damn). Remember that trusty workhorse?

So.........we all get a few days off around here. Pick back up Next week with some final tweaking and waiting for the last parts to come in.

The metal header gaskets are worth the wait. I have re-used my set several times allready. Just wire brush them. Spray them down with cooper hi-temp gasket sealer and install. A perfict seal every time.
