Interior switches in doors randomly not working

Did some searching and couldn't find anyone talking about something similar, but my 03 1500 RC 5.7 has had the door lock and window switch acting up literally for like a decade now. Seems to maybe have gotten slightly worse in the last year, but its extremely random. No amopunt of tapping or jiggling makes any difference, so doesn't seem to be a connection, and it works so well the next day (and for days after) that it doesn't seem to be the switches failing. I know these switches wire into the instrument cluster, then i assume the data gets sent to the BCM on the fuse box.

What I see:

Some days the driver side door lock switch will unlock but not lock, some days neither
Some days the drivers side window switches will not roll down the passenger window, sometimes both won't work but it's usually the passenger side
Some days the passenger side window switch will not roll down the passenger window

There's no correlation to which switches will or will not work, seems random. When they work, they work perfectly all day until the truck is parked for the night, then the next day they may not work at all (in any combination). They mostly work, so I've been pretty lazy about working on it, just thought I would check before I start buying switches and tearing things apart.
