Could someone tell me where this small hose hooks up ?

That looks like the purge valve hose. It connects right behind the brake booster hose. They are the only two vacuum lines used.
Ok i will go take a look. I did disconnect the big brake booster hose when i installed new ngk plugs today

That is the intake manifold end of the evap purge valve. There should be a nipple directly behind the throttle body drivers side.
edit:
Ok went back out and it was the line coming from the purge valve. There is a bigger hose that comes from the brake booster and goes to the intake behind the throttle body. This hose slips on a port directly behind the bigger hose, i just couldnt see it as the view was blocked by the bigger hose. Just has to feel around behind it and there it was

It's right behind where the booster connects. Maybe hidden by the boost hose. Use your hand and feel around behind the booster hose. It's there believe me.... lol
