Correct, '03s are 48 psi factory. Mine's thirsty so it idles at 68 psi and goes up from there.

What kind of fuel pump or pumps, are you running FrostKing?

I'm hoping to keep both of my 03 fuel pumps at 50 to 58psi. If my setup works, I'll post up the mod on the forum.

I am using an'03 and '04 pump together in my original '03 basket. They are setup as a return style system and no longer use the stock pressure regulator or fuel lines.

I will have another OEM fuel line supplying fuel to the passenger side fuel rail.

I'm waiting on some s/s crimp clamps to come it for the stock plastic fuel pump hoses. Once there here, the assembly will be installed.

Fuel rail mod with OEM fuel line. The pumps are up and running good. The pressure stays at 50psi even under WOT. There is at quick snappy feel at WOT. The truck will have 5psi boost street tune soon. I'll give an update on how the fuel system mod went on boost.
Thanks again Denny from Sharadon.

Did you upgrade the electrical to the pumps? They pull a lot of power and will need a larger fuse and wire size (or a 2nd circuit)

Next size up fuse for now. But looking to add larger wires. Haven't looked into a step up relay yet. Or just slitting a secondary relay. Any suggestions FrostKing?

I ran a 12v supply to the 2nd pump with a new relay and fuse. This relay is energized off the original pump's 12v supply. Each of my pumps are pulling around 8 amps each so I wouldn't recommend doubling the amperage on any of the original circuitry.
