Whos running these? I love the X-pipe design but I cant find a good sound video. I like something a little quiter then my flowmaster 40 but still want that scream when I get on it. Plus i need to get rid of that stupid factory Y-pipe. Any input will help thanks in advance.

I have looked at them but I have not found that many clips of them at least not on anything Dodge.
This one clip may apply with your mods since it is actually the 3" version on an SRT 8 Jeep that is modified.

Dont have the X but I do have the 3" SI/SO Ultra Flo and i am very pleased with it. Very quiet tone through the rpms with no drone.

I have one!!

I just posted a small clip here of my truck getting on the freeway in Lynchburg,VA. this spring. Not a WOT run but normal driving conditions, 2.25" custom bent from the cats to the rear bumper, 3.55 gears.

If you want more , I'll see about getting a WOT run but now the pipes end at the back of the muffler. Rust got to the tailpipes

sounds good..

if you are taking requests for sound clips I would love to hear it at a constant 2000-2200 rpm since there where my 4.56s put me on the freeway.

Thanks for the videos.
That muffler is alot more mellow in the 2000-2500 range than I thought it would be.
I take it that the windows were up in the videos?
How many miles do you have on the muffler? Has it gotten any louder since you got it?

My duals are 2.5" but that shouldn't make a big difference.

thanks again for taking the time to do this.

Driver's side window was DOWN for the WOT and the cruisjng around town in second gear (#'s 2&3) and up in #1.

Yes it did get a little louder than new but not much. It has been on the truck about 3 years.

The muffler sounds really good, seems quieter in these videos then the first but i still love the deep tone. I just placed an order with summit racing
Thank you for the information and like Bill said thanks for taking the time to make these.

Just got the muffler on and said to heck with it and had them run a 2.50" full exhaust and wow I love this muffler. Picked up some HP from getting rid of that factory Y-pipe and opening up the whole system, nice and deep tone and really yells when you get into it. Thanks again for the help everyone!

Video?
Does it give a tone that's subtle but enough tone to make them guess if there something packing under there?

very cool man. Pictures? Did you still have a factory Y? Your sig lists LT's and a cat delete. I bet it sounds nice at idle with your cam.

Oh yeah sounds very nice, had a 5.0 mustang rev its engine a stop light so i did the same, needless to say the light turned green and the mustang wanted nothing to do with the truck. I can get pictures but i dont know how to upload them, its in the factory location though and no the Y-pipe is history and i love the power it added.
