2011 ram 1500 hemi. We had a cold winter this year started. My truck hopped on the interstate started shaking and misfiring. Threw codes misfire cylinder five. So immediately I figured I lost a lifter. Heck, everyone always talks about the hemi tick, but my truck has ticked since the day I bought it lol it has 118k on it. But the truck misfires when it’s cold but once the engine is warmed up, everything is pretty much fine cruising around town. Is everyone thinking what I’m thinking new lifter and cam? I was thinking about switching the oil from 5w20 to 5-30 or 0 30 to see what happens.
