You can data log with any Diablo tool on any year truck.
CMR is custom tuning beyond the tuner itself. Say if you run a big cam or spray idle/timing will need adjusting to run safely. Cmr allows you to fine tune this stuff. You would need a CMR tuner that cost a little. We will write files for you that the handheld just can do for a small fee.

Really all depends on the mods you have done to the truck! With stock stuff I would say around 20-40hp Max. Do mods and it's limitless
