blow by to air cleaner housing .after oil change 5w/20 valoline high milage oil. changed pvc valve with new one has suction. runs and starts as it should fuel milage went from 22 mpg to 13.5 no smoke out of exsuast.

That’s a bad sign of a ring issue that’s the only way to get compression blowing out that vent if pcv is new and working
