want to spool the turbo up a little quicker

You could move the turbo closer to the engine. Make sure your wastegate isn't leaking by at the seat. Post up pics of the turbo hot side and exhaust piping. Maybe there's something there that can be modded to assist in a quicker boost up.

Took my drive shaft today to drive line Services of Jacksonville...... I was told it would be ready in about 3 days I said that's fine I was in no rush. An hour and a half later they called me to tell him he that my drive shaft was already New U joints and rebalanced $159 bucks out the door.. Thank you Stu for the recommendation! I couldn't be any happier! 😊And the guy behind the counter just so happen to remember Stu's driveshaft, when I asked him about upgrading mine.

They did the repair on my stock driveshaft fast as well. Can't say that about the upgraded driveshaft....

Okay folks my wait has come to an end, my transmission is now installed with just a few odds and ends to button up and it's off to get the transmission relearn done on Tuesday. I have an appointment! Ya

It would be nice if we could buy a scan tool cheap for a trans relearn.

I have located a company that does make an inexpensive scan tool. Have sent them an email and waiting on a response of course there in China.

Went for a short ride to the gas ⛽ Stanton for a test drive. Ran very good 😊. Relearn in the morning.

Relearn is done truck drives very good, shifts smooth.. now if I can just get through the break-in process without hammering it I'll be in good shape...... 😎

Don't do overdrive to wot down shifts into boost. That's the weakness of the 545rfe trans. Don't care what Clint says. The 545rfe just wasn't made to do that. Take it out of overdrive first.

Have a little over 400 miles now on the transmission. Decided to do a little testing today and cranked up the boost, I hit pretty close to 15 psi and when this thing hit second gear it got my attention real quick as the ass end decided it wanted to come around......😲 It's going to need a little tuning I got a quick pop out of the intake and blew off the boost pipe to the throttle body.. I was hoping it would not shift as hard as it is at WOT.

Point and shoot is my motto! I love when they get wild let’s you know your alive and tests your nerves with the throttle! Don’t lift just drive it (wet weather is another story)

Went for a short ride to the store today, when it was still cold 🥶 out...... Holy cow this thing likes cold air! I barely touched it, it jumped into boost two black stripes down the street before I knew what happened, leaving the traffic light. Good thing no one was in front of me... LOL

Decided to do an upgrade on the fuel system today, so I dropped the tank and pulled out the fuel pump to change the module up a little bit. I will post pictures tomorrow.. the truck pulls so hard that at a half a tank of fuel I was sucking air hopefully my upgrade prevents that from happening....🤞
