2017 ram 1500 cam, lifters, headers - close to stock recomendations

I have a 2017 1500 with 173k miles.
I had hemi exhaust tick since I bought it with 75k miles on it.
It just started a new tick but couldn't be sure if it was lifters or a second exhaust leak. My nephew (a young mechanic) thinks it's just exhaust, but I can't drive it knowing it may be cam/lifters failing.
So, we pulled the intake and heads off last weekend. He's gonna pull the cam this weekend when I'm out of town. When we pulled the exhaust manifold off, there was indeed a second leak on the driver's side. But we're this far in, so may as well replace stuff.

My plan is that if there is little to no wear (I'm 75% sure that's going to be the case), I'll replace the cam and lifters and probably upgrade to a high-volume oil pump. I idle a lot in the winter with remote start. It's cold here!
If there is significant wear on the cam or lifter(s) and metal in the oil, then I'm going to order a new long block motor, and we'll swap it.
I'm not looking to delete mds or any significant mods other than the oil pump and maybe headers.
1) What cam/lifter combination would you recommend? Money isn't much of an issue since we're doing all of the labor. But keep in mind I'll probably be selling/trading-in in a couple of years.
2) What other components should be replaced while we're in there? I'll probably do water pump, and shorty headers - do you recommend any specific headers?

I'm not looking for huge performance gains. I'm trying to keep things as close to stock as possible, but don't mind upgrades that don't require a tune. I use the truck as a daily driver (50 miles of hwy round trip to work) and as a truck to pull a car hauler or other trailer every once and a while. With the higher miles I plan to sell/trade in once I pass 200k miles - which probably won't take me too long, maybe a couple years at most.

Thanks in advance!
